What we collect. Your email address, and nothing else. We do not ask for your name, phone number or address on this page.

Why. To email you once when DROP 001 opens, and occasionally about later drops. That is the only reason we hold it.

Your consent. You are giving it by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by writing to despiteclothing@gmail.com, and we will delete your address.

How long. Until you unsubscribe, or until two years after our last email to you, whichever comes first.

Who else sees it. Shopify, which hosts this store and sends the emails on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your address to anyone.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to despiteclothing@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

The full privacy policy, terms and cookie policy are published on the store and open to everyone the moment the store opens.
